At Werribee Little Athletics Centre (WLAC), the safety, well-being, and inclusion of every child is our highest priority. We are committed to providing a safe, positive, and respectful environment where all athletes can participate, learn, and thrive. Our policies and procedures, together with those of Little Athletics Victoria (LAVic), help ensure that everyone involved in our club, including athletes, parents, volunteers, coaches, and officials, understands their responsibilities in maintaining a child-safe and supportive community. We encourage all members to familiarise themselves with the policies below.

As a member of LAVic, WLAC is committed to the safety and well-being of all children and young people involved in Little Athletics.

Working With Children Checks

WLAC fulfils its obligations by ensuring all relevant helpers and Committee Members have a current Working With Children Check.

Weather Policy

WLAC Committee may cancel or vary the program of events to suit the weather conditions of the day in accordance with LAVic guidance.
